PAYMENT
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and production date. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to or upon completion of your custom bouquet.
PICKUP + DELIVERY
Pickup is available in Panorama Hills NW, Calgary. Detailed pickup instructions will be provided once your order status is marked as ready.
Delivery within Calgary and surrounding areas is available for an additional fee based on the distance. Please ensure a recipient is available to receive the bouquet at the scheduled delivery time to maintain its quality.
Modifications
Changes & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. To accommodate adjustments or cancellations, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your booking. Beyond this window, custom work may already be in progress, making changes difficult to fulfill.
Final Sale
Given the bespoke nature of our handcrafted ribbon rose bouquets, all custom orders are considered final sale. Each petal and ribbon is tailored to your unique palette and occasion, ensuring a one-of-a-kind creation that cannot be restocked.
